No hot water at kitchen sink, no queen size blanket doona on the queen bed. Smart TV not connected to WiFi couldn’t log into streaming apps.

TV didn't work properly. No cables channels as advertised. Cloths dryer didn't work. Worn out beds in second bedroom. Elderly relative slipped in bathroom due to condensation and lack of extractor…
