从阳台就能看到海，房间很大，环境很优美安静，但是周边没有大型超市，需要坐车1.5公里外的地方采购。有独立车位，停车场直接坐地铁能到自己的楼层，建议自驾比较好。最近的轻轨需要走10分钟。离得不远有一条满是酒吧餐厅的商业街。总体还是不错的。
因为没有贴近海滩，所以看海的角度有限，空调是不能调节温度，是中央调节的。如果热或者对温度不满意只能开电扇。
