주차비로 20달러를 내야 하지만 올드타운 인근의 주차비가 1시간에 40쿠나까지도 하기 때문에 저렴하고 안전하게 주차하는 것이 큰 장점임
케이블카 탑승장과 공항버스정류장과도 1분거리로 가깝고 올드타운 성곽에서도 가까워서 다니기 부담스럽지 않은 거리였고 치안도 신경쓰이는 동네가 아니였음
