地點位於大學旁邊，周邊無論是購物(olive young/DAISO/還有CU超市可以買生鮮蔬果)、餐廳或是交通都很方便！床鋪跟棉被都很舒服，重點是有兩間廁所真是太棒了哈哈！衣物可以不用帶太多，屋內有洗衣機與烘衣機，當天回來就可以立即拿去洗，讚讚讚！
窗戶隔音不太好，樓下的音樂大概從平日的上午7-8點就開始，到晚上12點左右才結束(但還好假日他們不營業)。廁所跟浴室是一起的，非常的小，只夠容納一位成人，廁所就是全部了別懷疑>_<…
