Fenêtre et porte qui laisse passer le froid + pas de chauffage = nuit glaciale.
Pas (ou vraiment trop peu) d’eau chaude.

They didn’t have room for us, twice! We even went to them early to confirm our stay and they assured all was fine. They put us in hostels down the street and they were freezing!!!!
