住宿當天好像只有我們一戶，位置在四樓，優點就是陽台可以眺望晚上的安平港口，晚上天氣不錯的話，可以眺望美景非常舒適，然後房間照明很ok。
如果有看到房間面積的話，其實實際上的房間會比圖片來的狹小一點，兩個行李放地上攤開就沒什麼位置行走了，如果真的要來住的話，建議加大。另外可能就是年紀比較大的人應該沒有辦法來這裡住了，因為它沒，有，電，梯，所以要手扛行李上去有點狹窄的旋轉梯上樓，然…

離戀愛廣場超近，附近比較荒涼，沒有便利商店。
雖然住三樓，但房間內和一樓公共設施皆有冰箱。房間雖小，空間利用很棒。
