1.靠近海安路，離水仙宮市場跟國華街都很近，走路就可以到了。
2.訂房時提前告知，房東會幫忙留車位，但車位只有兩個，不一定會有。不過附近有海安路停車場，也算方便。
3.竟然有免治馬桶，真的是太棒了！水壓、水溫穩定，沐浴洗髮用專櫃品牌，味道好聞。
