Accessibility is the one thing a facility flag is least able to settle — a property can be listed as accessible and still have a step at the entrance or a bath rather than a roll-in shower. Tell us what you need and we will ring the property and ask, rather than reading you this list.

Need something the filter can’t check?
A filter reads a list of facilities. It cannot ring the property and ask whether the shower is step-free, whether the pool is open in November, or whether they will take a dog over 20kg. Say what you need and we will.
