Sehr schöne Wohnung. Hochwertige Materialien verbaut.
Die Übergabe war sehr spärlich. Den Ski-/Veloraum fanden wir bis zum Schluss nicht.

Top Lage, im Zentrum von Arosa. Neu renovierte Wohnung und gut ausgestattete Küche.
Es fehlen Storen und Vorhänge, die abdunkeln. Zudem wäre ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad wünschenswert.

Zentrums - Lage sehr ideal, für Apartment nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflüge etc.
Das Wetter war regnerisch, und neblig in Höhenlagen !!!!
