Lai Mui整潔及網絡需要改善
前台服務果位小姐，非常有耐性及細心解答問題。酒店位置交通非常方便。但酒店房間內部比較殘舊，唯整潔意識比較弱，入住第一天發現一間房有執漏上手客人杯裝飲品在雪櫃內。另一間房發現有煙頭在床頭及有兩枝啤酒，相信都係上手客人留下。通知前台職員後，第二天兩間房整潔都有改善。但仍需要繼續努力改善。
