Location is good and staff were nice.
The flooring had been completely removed exposing the concrete underneath. The room was not as advertised on the website, with either carpet or lino floors.

Refund in full required
Because I never got to stay I can't really comment on the I am expecting a full refund. Note the motel call and said that they was no water and gas at the property.

Cheap and convenient.
Great location for our quick overnight stay. Comfortable bed, good shower.
Very low sound insulation, could hear conversation in rooms around us any noise outside the room.
