yoichi前回は快適でした。が今回はタンブラーに氷と一握りの塩を頼んで、チェックアウトに680円の請求がありびっくり。ホテルでは請求はありませんでした。
夕飯無しの一泊だったから⁉️
初めてのことで気落ちしました。
SUZUKA快適に過ごさせていただきました
露天風呂付き客室、朝食のみのプランでしたが
全体的には、快適に過ごさせていただきました。

接客いただいたみなさん、丁寧で感じが良かった。
ウェルカムドリンクがあったこと。
客室のお布団は、コロナ対策ということでチェックイン時に既に敷いていた。
客室アメニティが充実していた。
10枚入り？の除菌シートも置いてあったので、出先で使わせていただきました。

ROBIN送迎を快く何回も都合に合わせて頂きまして助かりました。サービスは行き届いて、大浴場は大変気持ちよく、楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。
Naomi施設も清潔で、お風呂も大変気持ちよかったです。お食事は創作料理で、連泊させていただいたのですが二日間とも違うタイプでとても美味しかったです。
お食事は部屋食でしたが、ついていただいたスタッフの方がとても感じよかったです。
全体的に、とてもおしゃれな宿だと思いました。
Naomiお風呂もお料理も大満足。
清潔感があって、お洒落なお宿です。
スタッフの方も気持ちのいい接客をしてくれます。
