Недалеко от площади Республики. Есть завтрак. Чистое бельё. Свежая выпечка.
Однообразие на завтрак, сосиски не вкусные. В такой стране хотелось бы немного зелени на завтрак и хоть бы 1 фрукт.

Very good location with public transport to airport and Sevan nearby, clean and tidy, all basic needs included.
Beware there are stairs to climb and no aircon.
