Great service, great food, great Onsen.
The customer service here is exceptional and the food is of high quality and simply beautiful. I really enjoyed the different types of tea provided before and after dinner.

残念な点を改善すれば面白い旅館
露天風呂、トロッコ、スタッフの接客
食事が冷めている、
部屋にドライヤーがない。
朝食の直前に布団を片付けるからホコリがまっている中で食べる事
掛け布団のカバーを外さずそのまま片付けたのでつぎのお客にもそのまま使うと思うとがっかりした。

Fantastic ryokan with small, but beautiful Onsen!
The breakfast was a fantastic ryokan set menu. Everything was very nicely prepared and presented and tasted marvellous.
