체크인 요청시간에 대한 답이 없었고 당일 숙소 도착했을때 문은 잠겨 있었으며 문앞에 도착했다고 메세지 보냈더니 수리중이라고 숙박을 취소해달라고 했습니다. 많이 당황했고 힘들었어요.
