The apartment was cool even with the heath outside. Owner was engaged when I contacted him over WhatsApp.
Even though appartment didn't need AC because it is underground, the fan would be welcome.

Yamohome is a very spacious apartment a bit outside the city center, but well connected via public transport. It‘s clean, the essentials are there, you even have a washing machine and a coffee machine with pods. Blankets…
