地點真的不錯，週邊幾乎生活上用得到的東西都可以買得到，吃喝方面也非常方便，各式餐廳都有，重點是價格還不貴。
房間算大，乾淨程度普通還可接受。
房內還擺有小茶几桌及小沙發，很不錯。
浴室淋浴無拉門或遮擋不夠大，導致地板都常常溼透，很不舒服。
除了浴室外，冷氣的遙控器根本没有足夠的電量月手以操控冷氣機，我們熱了一個晚上，睡得很不舒服或根本睡不著覺，再來pillow 太扁平且没…
明宏TW好處只有在楠梓火車站前面，地理位置好
房間隔音差，有一點黴味，床跟棉被很硬，洗手台的水只有熱水，沒有停車場，廁所衛生紙很硬，毛巾藏在房間角落櫃子裏，冷氣遙控器怎麼按都沒有反應晚上睡得很熱
