Proximity to venue I was attending.
One elevator was out of order, only 1 towel in the room, towel holder on the bathroom door was about to fall off. Hotel needs a lot of TLC.

There was a Sunday event on the patio below our room, with a DJ from 4:30-10:30 pm. This would keep me from staying in the future.

No water pressure, asked for a room with a garden tub but didn't get it, an alarm woke us up at 3 one morning only to be told it happens all the time. The parking was horrendous
