早餐要到外面店家使用，店家人員都很親切！住宿櫃檯人也都很好。洗澡水很熱也很強，床墊偏硬我個人很 喜歡。
地點離阿里山火車站距離稍遠些，行動不變、搭大眾運輸工具或行李較重者有點不便利。
