Worst 5 nights. We did everything to avoid going home due to the roach infestation. When we told the front desk, they said it’s “normal” and “expected due to the beachfront location”. We spotted roaches…

We had a wonderful stay in Kapaa that would have been great if the wind had stopped blowing!
Good location on the island. Close to the ocean, very scenic. Good pool and hot tub. Close to shopping and food services.Plenty of towels. The coins for a one time laundry visit were nice. Friendly staff.

Relaxing, easy, and lovely!
Everything was very well taken care of and the property was great. Pool is lovely, unfortunately the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay.
It was a bit dated for the price point in my opinion.
