We were meant to check in at 3, they didn't give me instructions on how to get in until 4.20, although I.had messaged twice.
We were meant to have a private bathroom but 3 different people used it in the morning…

The kitchen had old juice and food in the fridge which i feel should be put in the bin before new guests arrive. The doors could do with being oiled as theu squeaked very bad
