First of all I booked a room in tower ‘B’but I was given the room in tower ‘A’.. and the room was deffernt than I found and booked online. Only few staff are very friendly and others are rude in responses
EdgardoThe unit was also booked to another person despite the confirmation made by Hotel.com. we were not able to occupy the rented conndo unit and i demand a full refund.
