Lokalizacja. Miejsce w dolinie (10 min. autem od centrum miasta), więc była cisza i spokój. Poza tym możliwość wyżywienia na miejscu (śniadania, obiady) oraz strefa odpoczynku (zadaszony grill, leżaki).
