Dobra lokalizacja.
Oczywiście problem z parkingiem. Po to płacę za pokój z parkingiem, żeby bez problemu wjechać i wyjechać. A nie denerwować się i tracić 20 minut na wyjazd, bo ktoś mnie zastawił, bo jest za mało…
