Eine ruhig Lage, eine super schöne Aussicht vom Balkon.
Es ist eine Dachwohnung, und wenn es heiß ist wird es sehr sehr warm. Die Dachfenster haben nur einen verdunklungs Rollo und fallen von alleine zu.
