Apologies, I didn't see the note about taking out the rubbish until after we left, so I suggest you place a sign on the bin in the kitchen.

Great for us on a 2 night stay, would like to know about outside kitchen in winter.
Very comfortable. Great location. Good bathroom. Only reason to contact host was to ask for an early check in. Very helpful.
