Budget hostel , great value only $18 per night
Best accommodation near Aeon Mall Phnom Penh only US$18 per night. Staffs are very friendly and room is cleaned. the room located in the central and easy to find good foods.

I loved the location which is extremely closed to Basaac Lane. The apartment itself was great, had everything I needed for a short stop over in Phnom Penh.
Not much parking if u have your own motorbike.
