DagmarGermanyzentrale Lage, 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, Strassenbahn zum Dutzendteich, alle 10 Minuten geht eine Strassenbahn. Im Erdgeschoss und gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt.
