Eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, alles vorhanden, ein geräumiger Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.
Einkausmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Betten sind relativ schmal, das hintere schlecht erreichbar.

Sehr kurze Entfernung zum Binnenhafen. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ausreichend Stauraum. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
