フロント周りやカフェ、お土産コーナー、図書館、風呂は、良かった。施設が多く、色々回って楽しめた。
夕食の場所も料理も良かった。朝食は、普通。
客室は、5人部屋の和室。旧館のせいか古く、狭く、イマイチだった。スタッフは、外国人スタッフが多く、日本人スタッフに比べるとホスピタリティに欠ける。

スタッフが笑顔で対応もとても良かっです
朝食も種類も多くとても満足できました
お風呂の最終時間があと一時間ぐらい長いといいなとおもいました
シャワーの出方があまりよくなかったのはきになりました
お土産的なものがもっと欲しかったです

ホテル内で、ゆっくり過ごせるスペースが多いため、外に出る必要がないところ
風呂場が遠い。朝起きてから、すぐ風呂にいくので遠すぎて、人に会い見られるのが凄く嫌でした。
部屋に風呂があれば入りたかった。シャワーしかなかったから。
