Service and staff are excellent, location is perfect, walkable, also has complimentary transportation from hotel we used it to go to maroon bells shuttle. We also enjoyed rooftop bar and hot tub. Room is very nice.

location was top and that's about it. Next time I will not be staying there. 20 000 USD for this is just insane I think. for me the W is a 3 star hotel and this was a 800 USD a night hotel, no more than that.
