המיקום קרב לזקופנה ומצד שני באיזור שקט ופתוח, לא בתוך ההמולה. הדירה יפה, נוף מצוין המשקיף להר, מצויידת היטב, חניה חופשית, המארחת שירותית וזמינה.
המקלחת קטנה, שינה בקומה השניה ושירותים בראשונה.
