Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pool is shared and is open from June until September. Please note that electricity and heating are not included and charged upon consumption (0.46 €/kWh). You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
