정문현관 열쇠는 있지만 방으로 들어가는 문에 열쇠가 없었습니다...밑에 층에 숙박하는 사람들이 있기때문에 더 잠금장치가 필요한데 없어서 불안했고 체크인이 4시이다보니 입실을 기다리는데 2시간허비하고 체크인을 4시에 하고는 다른걸 할 시간이 안되었어요.... 가격은 비싼데 비해 가성비나 서비스는 개선이 필요해보입니다
