+ taras w cieniu, w osi w której jest ciągły przewiew powietrza, przyjemnie się tam spędza czas. Szpary między deskami ułatwiają sprzątanie.
+ ława i siedziska na polance, również przemyślane, miejsce prawie cały dzień…
