Just 300 metres from the beach, this historic villa offers renovated apartments in the scenic location of Ahlbeck on the Baltic Coast. It features barbecue facilities and on-site parking.

The bright apartments at Villa Utpatel are individually decorated with laminate floors and large windows. They each come with a TV with satellite channels and a modern bathroom. Some of the ground-floor apartments include a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities.
