Sehr gute Lage, von außen schön anzusehen, die Innenausstattung mit Abzügen
Die Lage zum Bahnhof, Garten
Kalter Fußboden ( Steinboden ), Heizung nicht gut regulierbar,
zu wenig Geschirr, es musste praktisch jeden Tag per Hand abgespült werden, bzw. musste der Geschirrspüler eingeschaltet werden.
