Not my best stay in Borovets!
Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night…

Really friendly and helpful staff. The food was okay and it was clean but the hotel felt a bit dated and there was a couple of things in the room which weren’t working. Great Value for money though compared to others.…

Gorgeous room!
Lovely hotel, very personal. A little walk up to the ski fields - good exercise! Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Would be happy to stay there again.
