Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a bed linen fee of 10 euros per person when booking for more than 2 adults for the following units : Apartments with Mountain View, One-Bedroom Apartments, Apartment with Terrace (Garden floor).
