Evin bakımsızdı.
Temizlik iyiydi ancak evin bakımı iyi yapılmamıştı. Balkon kapılarından birinin kilidi bozuktu, kapanmıyordu. 2 yatağın bazası kırıktı ve mutfak kapkacakları eksikti.

Heel jammer dat het appartement ronduit smerig was, wc's waren goor, zelfs de lichtknoppen zagen gewoon zwart, heb de 1ste dag alleen maar gepoetst om het enigszins schoon te krijgen
