A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent a bed linen and towels package on site for EUR 35 per person. If guests choose to pay the end-of-stay cleaning fee and the bed linen and towels fee, a 20% discount will apply to both fees. Please note that the swimming pool is heated from 1 March to 30 November annually. The hot tub is open year-round. Managed by a private host
