The guest can choose if he wants to use the fans for free or the air conditioning ( one split in the living room ) at the extra cost of 7 euros per day . Se l'ospite fosse impossibilitato a farlo dovrà comunicarlo preventivamente al proprietario il quale applicherà un costo extra di 45 euro. L'ospite potrà decidere se usufruire gratuitamente dei ventilatori o utilizzare l'aria condizionata (uno split nel soggiorno) al costo extra di 7 euro al giorno.
