Rustig gelegen. Privé! Zwembad in schaduw. Voldoende warm maar dan zonder verbranden in de zon.
Tegels in zwembad zitten los. Kinderen hadden zich paar keer gesneden ermee aan hun voet. Verder is onderhoud noodzakelijk.…

Uitstekend. Een aanrader wanneer je op loopafstand van het centrum van Medulin wilt zitten
Mooi ruim huis op loopafstand van de boulevard en vele restaurants.
Voldoende schaduw en een mooi zwembad.
De bestrating rondom het zwembad heeft echt aandacht nodig.
De douchecabine beneden is klein en gedateerd
