With some basics I woud rate this to 9
We spent most of our time in the garden, this is the best part of the property.
The house was clean when we arrived and the beach is 5 minute walk away.

L'emplacement de la maison, la piscine, apparemment très propre.
Nous avons passé 7 nuits à presque rien dormir tellement la literie est en mauvaise état, nous sentons tous les ressorts.
Les propriétaires trop présents…
