The fine print
A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining 75% due 28 days prior to arrival. If required, the erection and dismantling of the pool safety fence at a cost of EUR 200. There is an additional charge of EUR 100 per week to use the pool heating service. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
