Výhľad z okna, poloha, komplet vybavenie.
Neupravené okolie a nejaké technické detaily ako pokazený splachovač na prízemí, sprcha nestíhala odtekať a možno keby bol na terase rovnaký podklad a nie burina a rôzne podklady…
