La tranquilité du lieu et sa proximité de Pollencia et Port Pollencia. La piscine et le barbecue.
Problème de chasse d'eau qui n'alimentait pas la cuvette avec suffisamment d'eau pour évacuer les excréments.

God beliggenhed tæt på Pollenca og Port Pollenca. Roligt område med bjergene i baggrunden.
Det kunne være rart med aircondition og/eller myggenet for vinduerne.

We had a very nice family holiday in Villa Jaume.
Quiet location, swimming pool, looked after front garden, grill, plants, lemon and orange trees
Mattresses worn out , need replacement.
Mosquitos nets in the windows would be a great addition for the warm nights.
