מיקום נהדר, דירה חדשה ומצוחצחת. שירות מחויך ונעים.
בית דירות מקסים, חדש ומטופח. הדירה מצוחצחת וכל המתקנים בה חדשים. מטבח מאובזר בכל מכשירי החשמל סירים וכיוב. בדירה שני שירותים מה שמקל מאד על ההתארגנויות. מרפסת מקסימה לנוף מדהים.
