Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Deich und somit zur Nordsee ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und im Allgemeinen gut ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist sehr eng, es mangelt an Ablagen.
