Noto is a lovely place to stay and Villa Chiara is perfect as a base to investigate the south.
A lot of space, nice sitting outside area.
It is not in Noto, so you do need a car. 10 minutes drive to Noto central car park, and 20-30 to the villages by the sea. In a busy season there will be more traffic.
